TERROR IS A MAN

In this un-credited remake of "Island of Lost Souls", shipwreck survivor Fitzgerald is rescued by mad doctor Girard, who is attempting to surgically transform a panther into a man. Girard is assisted in his experiments by sleazy sidekick Walter and voluptuous, under-sexed wife Frances, who falls in love with Fitzgerald.
